Ken Rose was our agent to rent a house for me and my mother and brothers. He is very kind and knowledgeable and we are grateful to him for helping us. I definitely plan on having him be my agent when I buy my first home. Muchos Gracias Kenito!!

Kenneth Rose has been very helpful in working with our company relocation needs and we know that with his commanding knowledge of southern Montgomery County he will always be able to match us up with the right tenants. His team is very responsive, polite and knowledgeable. They get things done.

This man is a horrible person. He leased a home to a family with full knowledge that the property was in foreclosure, husband jailed, BLACK MOLD in property. Al he cares about is a commission check not the safety of families. HE also never even apologized for his actions. He SCAMMED US AND COMMITTED FRAUD. the problems of this home is electrical issues, BLACK MOLD AND ROOF CAVING IN AND BUSTED. This is horrible he collected almost a $8,000 commission check and that is all he CARED about. I told this family to file a civil case against him right away and also file an ETHICS complaint with the board of realtors for his actions.

Ken has been our family realtor for many years. He is very knowlegeable and has a lot of experience. He is friendly and energetic making it a pleasure to work with him. He has helped us in buying property, selling property and also assisted in finding ideal tenants for our rentals. He is thorough and offers honest advice. His staff is efficient- they get things done. I would highly recommend Rose Realty to anyone seeking assistance with real estate.

He has successfully procured multiple excellent tenants for my residential rental properties, and also has demonstrated good taste in his suggestions of cosmetic improvements to make the properties more attractive to prospective tenants.

Rose Home Services went "Above & Beyond" in all areas of our project (house & fence power wash and paint removal from brick exterior). The entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They exceeded our expectations and were successful in accomplishing tasks where numerous other contractors had failed or did not have the knowledge & skill to even attempt. We will definitely use Rose Home Services for future projects and highly recommend them.

I have had Ken as my listing agent for 3 rentals so far and what makes him stand out is his commitment to negotiating the best possible outcome for his clients. It easy to jump at the first offer - less time spent by the agent. However, Ken will hold out for a better offer/more favorable lease terms.

Mr. Rose and his team did an excellent job on my patio and tennis court. Its more than a power wash, they restored my surfaces... No smell, no chemicals left behind!

I recently had Rose Home Services cleaned the siding of my house. They did an excellent job. Ken Rose, the owner came by shortly after I called and he submitted a very professionally prepared written estimate within a day. His crew showed up on time, did an very very professional job and performed "above and beyond call of duty" regarding some unforeseen challenges (reaching certain parts of the siding and some stubborn stains on the brick surface). The crew cleaned up the work site and Ken came by to ensure the job was done well. I highly recommend Rose Home Services based on this experience.

Ken and his team did a great job power washing our entire house and refinishing our deck which had become quite worn out. He was very helpful with the color selection of stain and did a professional job. We will definitely be using him again.

I've known Ken Rose for over 10 years and I was referred to him by my sister who was his classmate at Winston Churchill High School. Ken is an excellent Realtor and now that he offers the maintenance services all my properties are in tip top shape. Highly recommend.

We needed to replace our deck and we hired Ken and his team. The workmanship was very good, they were quick to respond and we were very happy with the results. They were also very helpful in handling our furniture and prompt to remove all of the construction materials when they completed the job. We would highly recommend them.
