Kenneth Rose – A Flexible Approach to Leasing & Property Management

• Leases are negotiated at a minimum length of 12 to 36 months. We charge a flat rate of 80% of the first month’s rent for tenant placements of up to 24 months.
• Landlord will manage their own properties but will continue to receive responsive support from Kenneth Rose.
• A flat fee is rate is also available for full service management.  Rate is to be determined by the scope of management involved and the rental amount.
  
• Kenneth Rose prepares Realtor Association Approved Leases that contain additional proprietary language that further protects your interests.
  
• Kenneth Rose will gather the tenant’s credit, employment and rental references, and will advise you accordingly based on his risk assessment and decades of experience.
  
• Access to our remodeling, handyman, landscaping & house cleaning services. Design & color consultation by Kenneth Rose at no additional charge.
  
• No additional administrative or renewal fees for tenants who stay up to 24 months.  Landlord holds the security deposit.
